Roberta studied Sociology and History at the University of New Mexico. Roberta graduated with honors from UNM. Following her undergraduate studies Roberta attended law school at the University of New Mexico School of Law. Roberta graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law and received her Juris Doctor in December 2009. Roberta began her career as a lawyer in September 2010. Roberta gained practical knowledge and experience by working in law firms during college and law school. Roberta has worked at every level of the law firm structure from runner to attorney. In addition to her practical experience, Roberta has taught a variety of subjects in the legal studies program of a local college. In January 2011 Roberta founded Roberta Yurcic Legal Services L.L.C. in hopes of providing compassionate and affordable legal services to the people of New Mexico.
